Thanks for downloading my 3-track-pack of the New Hampshire International Speedway!

If you downloaded my Cleveland track (it's also on KC Vales!), and compare this one to it, you will see very much difference in the surroundings. Cleveland was my first track, and it was difficult to find things to put around the track that would resemble real-life; plus I was just beginning to use Traxx, and was using other people's textures.

But New Hampshire is different! I have almost completely custom textures this time, and the difference is truly amazing.

				--- The Oval (nhisoval.pod)	---

This was the first of the 3 I did. Not much to it; just a one-mile oval track. There are 8 degrees	of banking on the straights and 9 degrees in the turns. Also, there is a drop off into turn one and turn 3, but it only seems to effect the AI. Just don't go too fast into the turns. Speaking of the AI, they are fairly competitive, but, just like Cleveland, they can and will get dicey!

				--- The Road Course (nhisrc.pod)---

If you've ever watched racing at New Hampshire, you probably have seen all of those roads up and down the backstretch and through the turns. Those are actually part of the track road course, for sports cars and motorcycles. See the enclosed picture (nhismap) for a complete track map, showing the road course and oval. Anyway, it is pretty fun to drive. I did my best on the AI, but they are a bit slow through some of the turns. Again, I issue this fair warning - Stay with the pack and you will be sacked!

			--- The Drag Strip (nhisdrag.pod) ---

When I noticed I had extra room in the backstretch infield, I knew I had to fill up the space. Rather than put buildings there, I decided to put a drag strip there. Although it's not there in real life, it's loads of fun to race on. The AI is very
competitive with a midrange setting of acceleration and speed (I think I used 1200) and driver level intermediate. You can also use this to test speed for new settings. Oh, and by the way, make sure the laps are at 1, otherwise, you'll have to go all the way back to the starting line, and the AI trucks won't be there to race you (they get stuck)!

If you're wondering why there's no music, I wanted to let you listen to the sounds of racing, just as TNT did during their broadcast of the race at New Hampshire. And if you don't like it, change it (the track components feature of Traxx).

I hope you enjoy these tracks! Any questions or comments can be sent to my e-mail address at: ChillyDog1313@aol.com

My next track set will be a four-pack-track set of the Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, my home track (I live near Greensboro, NC). The set will feature the 1.5 mile quad-oval, the sprint car dirt track, the quarter-mile legends car track on the frontstretch, and the sports car and motorcycle road course (a track map on the website at www.lowesmotorspeedway.com).

Be safe, God bless, and happy racin'!
